Adding Tracking Links to your Jobs using the Status and Categories - MKB0142


    Once you have a job you want to mark as shipped and add tracking codes to you can select it from the job page, set the category of your job to shipped and use the Status to add additional information.

    For instance, you can use the "Delivery Tracking Link" to enter the tracking number for your specific Carrier which will build you a link that forwards a user to their tracking information. You can also type into the Status to create custom links or add any other pieces of information.

    This information will appear on the history page and is also included in the default category update notification if you choose to notify the customer.
