    9 times out of 10 undelivered messages occur because the email server misinterprets the message as spam and automatically deletes the message before delivering it to your mailbox.

     

    Job Notification Emails

    1. Please reply to your open ticket with the Job ID of the message that was not delivered

    2. If you email client supports a “safe sender” list, add autonotify@PrintNotify.com to the list.
    3. Contact your email provider and have them look in their logs for messages from autonotify@PrintNotify.com around the time the job arrived.

    Password Reset Emails

    1. Attempt to use the "reset your password" link again and then update your support ticket with the date and time the attempt was made. We will investigate our email logs.
    2. Contact your email provider and have them look in their logs for messages from autonotify@PrintNotify.com around the time you were attempting the password reset.
